Summarizes select provisions of S. 2611, the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2006, to establish new H-2C guest worker visa for temporary admission of aliens into the U.S. to perform temporary labor or services not covered under H-2A visa or other specified visa categories, and to enable certain unauthorized aliens in the U.S. to adjust to legal permanent resident status.
