- Examines issues surrounding June 24, 2004 decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in the case of Prometheus Radio v. FCC to remand certain FCC media ownership regulations to the agency for further consideration. Reviews circuit court decision in Prometheus Radio v. FCC, and the status of the regulations.
