Reviews the Constitutional principles that apply to issues of obscenity, and explains the Supreme Court "Miller test" used to determine obscene material. Examines Federal statutes that restrict minors' access to obscenity and prohibit commerce in and transmission of obscene material through the mail and telecommunications systems, including the Internet.
