Examines legal issues raised by wellness programs, including discussions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act nondiscrimination rules, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act, other employment discrimination laws such as the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as well as the Internal Revenue Code, the National Labor Relations Act, and Medicaid.
