- Summary
- In a professional kitchen Eric the chef mixes up the ingredients for pizza dough; flour, water, olive oil and a little salt. Having mixed everything into a pliable dough Eric begins pushing and pulling it into different shapes. After some serious kneading he then rolls it out and then stretches the elastic dough by tossing it into the air a few times before settling it into a baking dish. On go the toppings and into the oven for just five minutes and out comes a really tasty pizza! Watching the dough-making process shows that pushing and pulling can change the shape of an object.PROMPT QUESTION: What forces did the chef use to make his pizza dough?.
