This includes an Early Development Programme in which every NQT gets a mentor in their second or third year of teaching, once the intensive support of the first year falls away. Also featured is the school's nine-member Teaching and Learning Team all of whom have been trained in coaching methods. They reveal how they use video analysis as a CPD tool and explain how their own GROW model of coaching works.
