- Summary
- Banefsheh searches for her long-lost sister, Shaghayegh, in the city of Tehran. Years ago, Shaghayegh had been thrown out of the family by her father, when he found out that she was pregnant. After years of struggle, Shaghayegh now goes by the name of Sogand, runs a home salon and does her best to raise her teenage son, Omid. However, Omid is constantly acting out as he is troubled by the absence of his father. When Banefsheh finally finds Sogand, she tries to talk her into visiting their dying father, and in the process, uncovers a deeply-buried secret.
