- Summary:
- "Joomay is a 13-year-old who never helps and never shares. To avoid being scolded, he runs away and is captured by a giant. Joomay realized that his greed is what led him to such a pass. He escapes from the giant and is given some fruit. As he comes to the river he must cross to reach his village, the ferryman demands four pieces of fruit--but Joomay has only two pieces, since he gave the others to a crying child. Joomay has changed, and when he gets home, he is no longer a greedy boy."--container.
