Green's new play, which she also directs, probes the dread and isolation of depression, evoking family relationships as double-edged as a razor blade, capable both of supplying solace and drawing blood. Her tone, as ever, is elliptical; but her depiction of suffering is pin-sharp and mercilessly precise.
