- Summary
- Leo is 16, loves football, and prefers to roar through the streets of Rome on his moped. However, Leo has an enemy: the color white. White is the silence, the longing and loneliness. Red, however, is the color of love, passion and the blood. Red, as Beatrice's hair. Leo loves Beatrice and adores her from afar. A substitute teacher in literature, everybody calls him the dreamer, gives Leo the impulse to confess his love to Beatrice. ... but Beatrice is seriously ill.
