Summary

Progress is reported on digester operation for the quarter ending September 1980. Gas production data is included. At present, the experimental digester (not heat added) is operating at an SRT of about 17 days and a temperature of 78/sup 0/F and is performing about the same as the control units operating at an SRT of 10 days and a temperature of 94/sup 0/T.
