- The collection contains Ezra Weaver's last will and testament, 7 January 1755, and four indentures: 18 December 1730, Susannah Palmer of Banbury, Oxfordshire, England, sold a ridge of land to Ezra Weaver, Little Bourton, parish of Cropredy, Oxfordshire, England; 25 November 1754, Ezra Weaver land deed by way of a mortgage to Thomas Deacle of Banbury; 25 December 1755, Ezra Weaver mortgage with Thomas Deacle; 25 December 1756, Ezra Weaver mortgage to Thomas Deacle.

- Formerly part of an 18th-century library in Williamscote House near Banbury, Oxfordshire, England, assembled by John Loveday (1711-1789), philologist and antiquary, who lived at Caversham in Oxfordshire. The library was moved to Williamscote House in 1799 by John Loveday the second (1742-1809), Doctor of Laws.
