- Summary:
- the recent development of high-intensity gaseous targets of polarized hydrogen and deuterium raises the interesting possibility of developing a polarized tritium target that can operate in relatively high current electron beams. Here I discuss the feasibility of a measurement of the helicity-dependent asymmetry in ³{rvec H}({rvec e},e′) inclusive quasielastic scattering with such a target.
