- Summary
- Evidence is presented that a new particle, a narrow resonance of mass 1865 MeV/c/sup 2/, and its associated excited state can be identified with the (D/sup 0/,D/sup +/) and (D*/sup 0/,D*/sup +/) doublets of charm theory. The D production in e/sup -/e/sup +/ annihilation and various properties of the decay modes are considered. 54 references. (JFP)
