- Publisher's light brown canvas cloth stamped in steel blue, teal and gold on cover with stylized butterfly design in decorative panel with title in upper left corner; lettering and ruled border in teal; similar butterfly and title design in panel at head of spine. Binding signed with monogram (conjoined initials AR) by designer Amy Richards.
