Summary
Inventor Andy and assistant Billy develop radio-controlled cars, which put gasoline magnate Jack out of business; Jack then attempts to sabotage their control center during a masquerade party. Locations include Glendale Blvd., Riverside Drive, and possibly the intersection of Hyperion and Childs Avenue (now Griffith Park Blvd.).
