A birth and baptismal certificate for Thelma Louise Smith, daughter of George and Minnie (nee Ricking), born February 4, 1914 at Hamilton, Ohio, and baptized 3 May, 1914. The certificate is decorated with four Angels, one dipping water from a Baptismal font, and includes five Bible verses, two scenes from the life of Christ, and an arrangement of baby's breath, printed in soft, muted pastel colors.
