The mezzotints, embossments and screen prints on the covers were printed by the artist. The hand-set letterpress was printed on an Adana 8x5 by Mark Lintott who also made the boxes and slipcases. Numbers one to ten, the <édition de tête>, include an additional mezzotint and are presented in clamshell boxes. The first four also include one of the original copper plates. Numers 11 to 50 are presented in slipcases.
