Reviews H.R. 508, the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 Reauthorization Act of 2013, to extend TRIA until 2019; H.R. 1945, the Fostering Resilience to Terrorism Act of 2013, to extend TRIA until 2024; and H.R. 2146, the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2013, to extend TRIA until 2024. Discusses extent of TRIA coverage for nuclear, chemical, biological, and radiological acts of terrorism.
