Beginning with issue for June 5, 1873, water level changes at selected points on major rivers are recorded; beginning with issue for Aug. 12, 1873, average weekly precipitation by region is also presented. Through Aug. 11, 1873, reports also show largest total amounts of precipitation at selected weather stations.
