Summary
Cadillac Ranch show documents the creation of the Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo, Texas, where ten Cadillacs were buried in a wheat field on Route 66 as a monument to the rise and fall of the Cadillac tail fin. Media Burn documents a spectacular performance piece in which a customized Cadillac Eldorado, guided by a video camera in its tail fin, smashes through a wall of burning TV sets in celebration of America's addiction to TV.
