The report of the secretary is published also separately, "Annual report of the secretary of commerce". 1913, issued as House doc. 812, 63d Cong., 2d sess., is the first annual report, "being the eleventh annual report of so much of the former Department of commerce and labor as is now included within the Department of commerce", and contains an outline of the work of the Department.
