Seventy-five copies have been signed by the poet and retained by the publisher to be subsequently issued as part of boxed sets of ten pamphlets. Twenty-five copies are bound in French papers over boards by Gene Eckert, numbered I to XXV, signed by the poet, and include a poem in holograph by Richard Eberhart.
