Rare Books copy: In contemporary dust jacket fashioned from a sheet of legal forms folded using a French fold, rather than the usual enclosure-style. The form's use of the long or medial "s" suggest the jacket was roughly contemporary with the printing. Autograph on page 5: "Calvin Tilden[?], A.D. 1812."
