- Owing to the frauds at musters, every officer present is to sign the muster roll. Oaths are prescribed to captains and privates of horse and foot. Rules are given as to sick men, recruits, arms lost in service, etc. All Irish are to be discharged, except known Protestants Cf. Steele.
