Isaac Austin, watchmaker, leased his Messuage Tenement Ferry house wharf and landing place, commonly known as Austin's Ferry, east end of Mulberry Street, Philadelphia, Pa., to John Negus, innkeeper, for three months for £25, 12 June 1790. The indenture was witnessed and signed by Eliza Keen and John Lind.
