- "Program Description: This program was offered for three years (June 1986 through May 1989) by Shippensburg University and Polyclinic Medical Center, and led to an interdisciplinary Master of Education Degree in Special Education, with an emphasis in Infant Development. The coursework and practicum components of the program combined to provide a broad-based, non-categorical approach to the preparation of Infant Development Specialists to serve high-risk/handicapped infants, birth to three and their families.
