- Summary
- Fructose-1,6-diphosphatase has been isolated, purified, and crystallized from previously isolated spinach chloroplasts. The effects of various anions, cations, and sulfhydryl reagent were tested, and activation by Mg++, glycine, HCO3-, and sulfhydryl reagent is described.
