Documentary featuring footage of the court proceedings during the trial of American pilot Francis Gary Powers in the Trade Union House Hall of Columns, Moscow, August 1960. In May 1960, whilst gathering information for the CIA, Powers' U-2 spy plane was shot down over Soviet Union airspace and he was arrested. Includes footage of the indictment and Powers' response, Powers' summing up speech, the reading of the verdict and sentencing.
