"The three books have been printed and signed by the poets in an edition of one hundred and fifty of which one hundred and fifteen are issued together in a slipcase [under the collective title 'Trio']; the slipcase is covered in Parsons Green Cotton and the chemise in Parsons Cotton Confetti by Mary Richardson in Maidstone Vermont. The other forty-five copies were issued separately and are available from each of the poets"--Notes on TRIO (insert).
"[I]llustrated with original digital prints and lithographs by Claire Van Vliet (covers printed at UMGrafik in Copenhagen and solar eclipse at SKHS in Oslo) and the digital prints printed on an Epson by Ellen Dorn Levitt who also made the eclipse diagrams; binding executed by Audrey Holden; and printed letterpress at The Janus Press on handmade papers from Barcham Green and St Armand"--Colophon for Eclipses.
"The type is Helvetica and Bodoni with the small poems written in the author's hand which were scanned by Ellen Dorn Levitt and printed letterpress from polymer plates at The Janus Press. The papers are from Barcham Green, St Armand and Japanese Kozo with the cover by Katie MacGregor and Nancy Leavitt. Some images were printed on an Epson NX515 digital printer using Durabright inks. The binding was executed by Audrey Holden"--Colophon for It was like that.
"[T]ext was set on the computer in Helvetica light and made into polymer plates that were printed letterpress on a Vandercook SP15 on the following papers: Barcham Green for Spring--Charles the First, Summer--Dover Pale and Autumn--Dover Dark with Saunders blue ledger for Winter. The covers are Spring--Fabriano Cover, Summer--calendered St. Armand gold, Autumn--English laid Kraft from Andrews, Nelson, Whitehead circa 1973 and Winter--calendered Barcham Green RWS. The seasons' titles are woodtype. The images by Claire Van Vliet on the inside of the covers are original digital prints created in Photoshop, printed with Durabright inks on an Epson NX515 on Strathmore cotton paper. The pamphlets were attached to the acrylic tube with Greek Cotton Classic yarn by CVV, Lilnda Lembke, and Nancy Southworth"--Colophon for Cosmos from "Notes on Trio" folio.
Three poetry books issued together in paper over boards chemise and slipcase. Errata slip for "Via dolorosa" inserted in "It was like that". Single folio entitled "Notes on Trio" laid in. Each volume is signed by the poets; 'Eclipses' is also signed by the illustrator. Paper covering the slipcase is Parsons Green Cotton, and paper covering the chemise is Parsons Cotton Confetti, by Mary Richardson in Maidstone Vermont. The papers used in the books are hand made papers accumulated over the years at Janus Press.
