Series: First World War letters from Isabelle on the home front to Sidney. - 1916-1918. - 6 cm of textual records. - The series consists of letters written by Isabelle, who stayed in Craigmyle while Sidney served overseas. The letters describe running the farm and household, and caring for their young children. When Sidney left the oldest of their four sons was not quite eight, and during his absence a daughter was born and one son died.
