- The collection consists of two letters from Judith Viorst to Louis Untermeyer. The first letter, typewritten and signed, is dated 14 Sept. 1968, and concerns a Viorst poem to be included in the poetry of love anthology; the second letter, handwritten, is undated but from the same period, and extends her gratitude for a copy of the book and her compliments on its success.

She has also published adult poetry, nonfiction, and teleplays, and was a regular columnist for Redbook magazine.
