Printed in 32 unnumbered stanzas of four lines each in two columns separated by a wavy rule. Within an ornamental border with flowers within diamonds. Printed area measures 40.1 x 15.4 cm. Attributed to Johann Gombert, a Bern Township schoolmaster who was present at the execution of Susanna Cox on June 10, 1809, in Reading, Pa., for the murder of her newborn child.
