Description: Cpl. Harold Lutz, Squadron H, CAAB, Columbia, S.C. to Pvt. Gordon A. Nielson, Keesler Field, Miss. He states that the Douglas A-26 Invader is taking the place of most two engine planes. This aircraft is considered the best ground attack plane and tactical bomber sent into combat by the American aviation. This plane was begun with the DB-7 in 1936, proceeding to the Boston Havocs A-20 built by Douglas.
