- Summary
- Throughout this study, I would like to find out whether there is a future in colleges to implement the electronic diplomas and how sensitive are our potential users switching from centralized identity management systems to a decentralized one. This research is a Proof of Concepts with the aim to test whether there is a market in exchanging claims between universities and companies on a mobile app platform. After conducting this research, I would like to achieve some analysis on the specific use scenarios and receive users feedback. The data should be shown both qualitatively and quantitatively. In the end, I hope to obtain a complete report of which environment is distributed ledger technology most useful, and what are the preconditions and postconditions for the app to work. The principal objective of this research paper is to understand whether Decentralized Identity management could replace the current identity management system and provide more significant help to the students.
