Livingston University must undertake a rebranding campaign to better position itself among other competitors and prospective students. Part of the task is to renew its current ineffective website and market the school's interdisciplinary programs and research opportunities. The university hires an external consultant to help with the remodeling of the website, and arranges a committee responsible for its redesigning, however, there is much disagreement among the members and collaborators, and the hired professional has to come up with a strict operational plan to bring everyone on board.
