"The sixteen foregoing acts were published January 17. 1742 [i.e., 1743 n.s.]."--p. 74. Pages 57-74 contain the acts of the Nov. 1742 session.
"What appears to be the original Table on pp. [1]-4 extends only to p. 74; there are no entries under letters K or Q; catchwords are: Eastham, Manufactures, and Scalp. A later edition extends to p. 201; there are no entries under letters K or Y; catchwords are: Enemies, Mariners, and Shingles."--Cushing.
