This case describes ChilTech, a Chinese software outsourcing vendor's struggle with its market choices, in response to the rippling effect of the global financial crisis. In order to survive ChilTech the global financial crisis the company actively sought domestic clients in China but is now faced with the tough of how to allocate resources for domestic Chinese projects and foreign Japanese projects.
