Advertised in the Connecticut courant, Hartford, Oct. 10, 1780.
Except for the imprint and the second line of the title, the state of the present almanac with "Eclipses" at the head of p. [2] is identical in content and typography with The New-England almanack for the year of our Lord 1781 ... by the professor of mathematicks in Yale-College (Worcester : Anthony Haswell).
Two states of gathering A noted, with variant settings of the imprint and with the formes for p. [2-4] rearranged. In one, "Hartford:" is set in Roman type and p. [2] begins with "Astronomical notes." In the other state, "Hartford:" is set in italic and p. [2] begins with "Eclipses."
