- The BBC Concert Orchestra and its American principal conductor, Keith Lockhart, explore the rich legacy of film music from Hollywood and beyond. Composers whose music features in this prom includes William Walton (Henry V), John Williams (Star Wars, Schindler's List and Harry Potter) and Radiohead's Jonny Greenwood (Norwegian Wood). The 75th birthday of Sir Richard Rodney Bennett is marked with a performance of music from Murder on the Orient Express, while tribute is also paid to the late John Barry with his theme for Out of Africa. The orchestra also plays a selection of music from the James Bond films.
