Well, ever since major scandals such as Enron, WorldCom, and Tyco, the need for ethical decision more than ever to ensure the public that nothing such as these unethical scandals will occur in the future. The purpose of this review is to shed light on the strong connection between AIS and ethical decision making and improve organizational performance within corporations. The use of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) have helped aid top leaders of companies in many ways. Along with other applications of incorporating these systems into everyday activities, one main use of these systems is to assist management when making ethical decisions and improving organizational performance. In this review, there will be an analysis as to how well implementation of this system works. The way that the data is collected for this review is through evidence that had been collected through numerous controlled experiments.
