These books contain ten pages, four of which and the covers are in full colors, done by lithographic process. The titles are 'Young heads and happy hearts,' 'Mirth and mischief,' 'Childhood's joys,' and 'Animal antics.' ..."--McLoughlin Bros.' catalogue (1897), p. 6. Illustrations signed by E.S. Tucker (p. [2]), "Alexr. H. Seaverns '90" (p. [4-5]), and D. Clinton Peters (p. [9]). Full-page chromolithographed illustrations have the following captions: Seaside joys. Waiting for a bite.
