- Summary
- This Excel workbook will calculate the saturation concentration of oxygen in water at user-specified water temperature and atmospheric pressure for atmospheric pressure from 600 to 760 mm Hg and water temperature ranging from 35?F to 80?F for the U.S. version and from 0?C to 40?C for the S.I. version. In order to accomplish this, equations are derived for saturation D.O. concentration as a function of temperature for four ranges of atmospheric pressure (600 to 640, 650 to 680, 690 to 720, and 730 to 760 mm Hg). The VLOOKUP function is used along with interpolation to calculate the D.O. concentration for user-specified water temperature and atmopheric pressure.
