"Sketches of a discourse, delivered [by David Austin] in the presence of a numerous congregation of citizens ... at Franklin, (Con.) for the celebration of the welcome tidings of peace, between Great-Britain and the United States, February 27, 1815." According to the editor's note on p. 32, the place of worship dedicated was in the East-Parish and the celebration of the peace occurred in the West-Parish, both in Franklin.
