Errors in paging: p. 73, 120 misnumbered 59, 130.
Two impressions exist, with identical title and imprint. Gatherings [A] and R are different settings of type. In the present impression, the words "Copy right secured" on the title page are set in uppercase and the pages of gathering R are correctly numbered 185-190.
