Summary
The difference between the uptake and excretion of I/sup 127/ and I/sup 131/ was studied. The method used consists of the measurement of the concentration of radioiodine in the thyroid two hours after the injection of a tracer dose, measurement of the radioactivity excreted in the same time, and the determination of the I/sup 127/ excreted. A statistical analysis is presented of the results. (J.S.R.)
