Summary
ABS>Bacteriophages labeled with phosphorus-32 were grown in E. coli. After purification the bacteriophanges were exposed to various treatments which anre known tc release the encapsulated desoxyribonucleic acid. The reaction products were examined by autoradiography. Observations on the release of desoxyribonucleic acid and phange structure are reported. (C.H.)
