Summary
Report in response to a resolution of the House of Representatives requesting information on the contract with Clarke Williams for the use of water power. The report indicates that the water power was leased by Samuel Forrer, acting commissioner, to Clarke Williams for a term of ten years. A table shows the amount leased, the rent chargeable, and the value of the power. A copy of the lease between the State of Ohio and Clarke Williams is included. The report is addressed to the House of Representatives and is signed by William Rayen, President.
