- Communication from the president of the Annapolis and Elk Ridge Rail Road Company in response to an order of the Maryland House of Delegates. The communication notes that under the Act of 1841, chapter 168, a semi-annual report showing the number of passengers transported by a rail-line to and from Baltimore and Washington is required, along with information on profits. A table is included, which shows the date the information was reported, the number of passengers to and from each city, and the rates of transportation received by the B. and O. R.R. Co. It includes annual information for 1842-1844, and is signed by James Iglehart, President.
