An alternate method of correlating fuel element pressure drop is considered. The conclusion reached is that this method appears to be about as accurate but somewhat less easily applied than the original friction factor multiplier concept. Consequently the friction factor multiplier approach will still be used for pressure drop correlation and computation. (auth)
